Shipping Policy

Most items ship via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery.

Larger items may be shipped via freight.

Orders may take 1-2 Business Days to process before shipping.

Free Shipping included for all orders within the USA. This shipping option will include drop off of the item at your front door.

Optionally, we have a Room of Choice White Glove Delivery for an additional charge which includes installation and setup of the item(s), and cleanup of original packaging and packaging materials.

We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and US Territories.

After an order is placed, Tracking Information will be sent via e-mail to the e-mail provided in the order, which will have more details regarding arrival time of your package.

7-Day Return Policy

At Home Luxury Décor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! To make shopping our store easier, we offer a conditional 7-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery.

Item Eligibility:

*Item must be in Original Packaging.

*Item must be in New Condition and show no signs of use.

*Item must not be modified in any way.

Return Shipping:

*Customer is responsible for Return Shipping and all applicable shipping costs.

   We recommend that customer chooses shipping method with tracking.

Damaged Items:

*If a customer receives a damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receipt to initiate a return or exchange. In this case, Home Luxury Décor will cover Return Shipping costs, and offer a replacement for the same item. If the item is no longer available in stock, a refund will be issued through the original payment method.  

Cancellations:

*Cancellations may be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order. Cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee if made beyond 24 hours.

Refund Policy:

*Refunds on Returned Items are issued within 24 hours upon receipt by Home Luxury Decor, assuming items meet the conditions above. Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment.
