All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
That includes change of mind, ordering the wrong size, colour or model, and items that have been opened or used. Please read the product page carefully before you order. If you are unsure about anything, message us first and we will help you pick the right item.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we will put it right.
Cancellations
If your order has not been dispatched yet, contact us straight away and we will cancel it. Once it has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

Nothing here affects any rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live.
