Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice of size, colour or model, or items that have been opened or used.

Please check the product page carefully before ordering, and message us with any questions first.

Damaged or faulty items: if your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we will put it right.

Cancellations: if your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us straight away and we will cancel it. Once dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live.
