These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with Home Luxury Decor. By placing an order you accept them.

Who we are

Home Luxury Decor is an online retailer of home lighting and decor, operating from the United States and selling through this website at homeluxurydecor.com. You can reach us at jbullen2023@gmail.com.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if an item is unavailable, if a price or description was published in error, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, duties or delivery charges, which are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify. We do not see or store your full card details.

Products and descriptions

We describe every item as accurately as we can, including dimensions and materials. Colours can look different between screens, and handmade or natural materials such as wood, rattan and glass vary slightly from piece to piece. Bulbs are not included unless the listing says so. Hardwired fixtures should be installed by a qualified electrician, and we are not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation or use.

Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees, and begin when the order is dispatched. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or an incorrect choice of size, colour or model. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund it. Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer law that applies where you live.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Home Luxury Decor or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

Liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
